Diwali [#2]

Here is the second and final part of ‘Diwali’, hopefully I’ll get a chance to shoot some more fireworks since Guy Fawkes Day is coming up.

I set the camera in shutter priority mode for the last 3 photos, I think this especially works well with rocketey ones that swirl about because it leaves a double-helix style trail. In the last photo it’s the finale and all remaining fireworks are being set off at once and with some camera-shake and following the fireworks it has produced a cool effect. The other thing one is able to do is rotate the camera 360° about a point. You can also following the light with your camera or just go crazy with it and take advantage of all the 3 dimensions.
